Power tools make lots of noise when in use. Drills, grinders, saws, and sanders are the tools that make the most noise. Its advisable to use your tools in suitable working hours between 8am and 7pm weekdays and at weekends abit later in the day.

You don't have to have qualifications to use power tools at work or at home but power tools must be used by a compertant person. Cutting corners to save time is not acceptable, the potential for injury is extremley high using portable power equipment and missuse of equipment can't be reversed if accidents occur.
